I’ve worked with hundreds of students from beginners to seasoned professionals over the past 25 years on everything from songwriting to improvisation, basic nuts-and-bolts fretboard knowledge, useful music theory for the self-taught, as well as more focused, style-based instruction in Gypsy jazz, western swing, American folk music and punk rock skronk. I’m located in Portland’s scenic and convenient Cully neighborhood, near 60th and Killingsworth.
